Monthly small group training is a great mixture of personal and group training! All workouts are tailored to your specific needs in a setting of 2-6 women. Small group training will allow you to see weekly progress, build your confidence with lifting weights, and build community of like-minded women on a similar journey as you. Please fill out intake form when purchasing a package so I can go into further details with you about achieving your set goals, location and set time and date to begin.

All you'll need to bring in with you is a towel and water bottle. Each class is 45-60 mins long.

*** there is a $25 gym membership fee for the facility that will be added when arriving to your first session. SESSIONS EXPIRE AFTER 4 WEEKS OF NO USE FROM PURCHASE DATE.

available times are 5:30 am and 6 pm. Monday-Thursday @6pm and Tuesday - Friday @5:30 am
