This set comes with a light, medium, and heavy resistance band which is perfect for all fitness levels. These bands are great for adding resistance when targeting your lower body and performing exercises such as squats, lunges, kickbacks, bridges, and even just warming up and activating your glutes. They can also be used to train upper body such as shoulders and arms.
This set also includes a mesh bag to store all 3 bands together.
